How to Get Stickers

Here are the steps to download and print your WDI Inspection stickers. To print stickers on your own printer you will need the Avery 6572 Permanent ID Labels found at your favorite online retailer or office supply store. If you want to use a print shop, instructions for that are below as well.

Print Your Stickers

  1. Log into your Swarm Form account at swarmform.com

2. Click on your Settings

    3. Click on your user profile

    4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Sticker sheet.

    5. Print the stickers on Avery 6572 Label paper.

    Using a Print Shop to Print Your Stickers

    If you want to use a print shop to print your stickers please remember a few things. The stickers are designed to be 2″ x 2-5/8″. That is as small as they can be. You can make them bigger but we don’t recommend it. The stickers cannot be altered in any way other than scaling per company policy.

    Fix Sticker Alignment on Home Printer

    We recommend ‘Default’ settings or ‘Use Document Settings’ to print the sticker pdf. However, if you have issues with the stickers lining up correctly on the label sheet try the following. Try using different ‘Scale’ settings when you print. We recommend ‘Default’ or ‘Fit to Page’.
