WDI Science provides education and training to Real Estate Inspectors who are  currently licensed or wishing  to be licensed by the State of Texas to do WDI inspection reports and those wishing to begin WDI inspections.

 WDI Science ensures that inspector's reports and continuing education requirements are in compliance with the State of Texas laws and regulations. This is critical in maintaining your WDI License. The Department of Agriculture's licensing requirements and CEU's are far more complex than what you are used to with the Texas Real Estate Commission.  

 If you already have your WDI license then you are most likely out of compliance, and you probably don't even know how. We teach field and online training for our inspectors regionally throughout Texas to ensure our inspectors are in compliance with regulatory changes.
