Swarm Form Fixes

The following steps will help you through 90%+ of issues you may experience with Swarm Form. Please follow all of these steps before contacting your CA or the owner about SF issues.


Save and Reload

Fill out as much as you can in Swarm Form until you get the green save button at the bottom. Hit the save button, then close the report. Open the report again and see if that cleared the issue. If not, save again and close Swarm Form completely. Then login again and test.

Check Payment Card

Sometimes card payments get declined. The most common cause of this is the card is expired. You can add a different card to SF or update the details of the one you have. Login to SF and open the Profile Menu at the top right corner with your initials or profile image in it. Hit “Company profile” and scroll down to card details. Enter your new card details and save. Now, go back to your report and try to download or send again.

Try a Different Device

Simple, try doing your task on a different device.

Try a Different Browser

Try using SF in a different browser. Most modern browsers work great. Chrome and its derivatives are highly recommended. Internet Explorer will not work well. If this fix works and you want to keep using the original browser you were using when you had the problem, consider clearing the browser cache and adjusting browser settings. Browser extensions can also sometimes break SF.

Clear Browser Cache

Every browser is a little different, so searching online for a tutorial on how to clear the cache of your specific browser is a great idea. go to your favorite search engine and type the following into the search bar after replacing [browser name].

For iOS this is typically Safari. For Android this is usually chrome. For Windows this is usually Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. For Linux this is usually Firefox, but I expect you know what you’re doing… why are you here?!

Update Swarm Form

SF gets regular updates and sometimes these updates can break the old versions of SF. To update, login to SF and open the Profile menu at the top right corner with your initials or profile image in it. Hit “Reload App” and login again once its done loading.
